  • Practice is heavily concentrated in the defence of all criminal offences including “drug” related charges, drive impaired cases as well as all other criminal matters.
  • In many matters involving the Canadian Charter of Rights and Freedoms, Mr. Sinder has successfully argued cases which have resulted in confirmation of every person’s rights and liberties under the Charter.
  • Is recognized as a strong advocate for persons seeking sentences other than incarceration and has achieved excellent results for persons who face sentencing and court sanctions.
  • Has committed his professional career to maintaining membership in associations, as well as attending seminars and programs both provincially and nationally, in order to ensure an ongoing commitment to education which allows for the highest standard of representation to his clients.
